Creating The Design

The original City Slickers emblem that incorporates the name into an iconic design. Designed on the back of a napkin whist flying into New York City, this was the first of the City Slickers range. On returning to London the napkin was tentatively placed on the chief designers desk, then the hard work began.

After three or four initial designs, the Downtown Manhattan skyline was preferred along with the shade of midnight blue that makes this design such a classic.
